How to describe and stop Procrastination?
Procrastination is based on individual reasons which are fear of failure, internal conflicts, perfectionist personality, not determining a roadmap for the work to be done, feelings and thoughts about work that are effective on procrastination behaviour. If a job to be done causes anxiety or causes negative feelings, the inability to cope with these feelings can also be a determinant of procrastination behaviour.
